I am so happy that I made the choice to practice martial arts. Actually, the choice was a gift to myself celabrating my weight loss of 100lbs. I've always wanted to train in a martial art since I was a child and when the opportunity presented itself, I took it. The training, history, tradition and sense of community are absolutly priceless.
