I've been into Ju-Jutsu for 15 years now, and have a lot of friends and contacts in the nordic countries. Every year I take part in organizing a summer Budo-camp, with instructors from Aiki-Jutsu, Capoeira, Arnis, Ju-Jutsu, Karate, Ken-Jutsu and other Kobudo. Who is scum and why?? I have nothing but praise for the CMD school I'm at so perhaps you can understand my confusion over the overwhelming hatred to the CMD schools as a whole. I'm certain that some of the schools did or do have serious ethical problems. Do you know if all of the CMD schools are similarly run? My experience is no, but I'd like to hear from you. It seems to me that a lot of people are throwing around easy accusations without providing the supporting information. Even the newspeople in Chicago whom I've contacted who first reported on the ethical and tax violations agree that the organization has shaped up since these charges were filed in 1989. CMD is a very demanding martial arts. You don't master it in ten or even fifteen years. I apologize for my naivete as I am new to the field of martial arts. I mean no disrespect to any martial artists out there reading this, but I cannot reconcile my personal experiences with the incredible accusations I have read about CMD.

I don't recall seeing a booth, but, hey, there were over 300 exhibitors there. I am a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a cable employee (TCI), so I
have double interest in the product. Any additional information I can obatin would be greatly appreciated. Perhaps we could work together on a grass roots
campaign to get this on the cable system (since I have inside info I know there is channel space...right now anyway).
Looking forward to reading more on the development and roll-out of this network, niche though it is. :-)
